Refund & Return Policy

We do not accept refund once the order has been placed. 

If for any special circumstances you must have a refund, you will have to send back the product within 2 days upon receiving. Refund approval will depend on the status of the returned product. Upon inspection by the team, if your return request is approved, we will refund to your credit card (or the original method of payment).

Nectar does not accept return plants, if you insist to return, delivery fee shall be borne by you.

Shipping Policy

Our plants are hand pick and pack carefully by our staff in order to ensure it reaches at your door step in perfect condition. However, due to our bumpy roads, some of its soil, pebbles will fall out into the box / paper back and some leaves might fall, this is normal. 

Every plant is unique and needs to be handled with tender, love and care. Unfortunately, sometimes the shipping journey is not always kind to the goods, they may get damaged during the journey to you. If you have encountered such issue, please email us at ask.nectar@gmail.com or contact our FB messenger within 24 hours. Please send us some images on the goods as well. Our team will inspect and evaluate then we will arrangement another new replacement to you. 

Upon payment, the team will ship out the products within 4 working days and we will notify you on the delivery date and time.
